When hiring a third party collection agency, the assigned person who will be responsible for the account collection can pursue the customer in a few different ways and he must also aware of the laws in making a collection. The credit card company must also inform the debtors by mail to inform them that the account receivables is already due, telling them the amount owed and the current outstanding balance. They will also inform the customer that collection was already turned over to the third party collection agency. These agency are not shy and aggressive to collect any debt they can, sending emails, letters and calling them repeatedly to persuade each debtors to pay his/her outstanding balance.
