Bankruptcy judge approves sale of Station Casinos assets

Bankruptcy News, by vortex debt group.

Without any debate from creditors, bankruptcy Judge Gregg Zive this morning approved the sale of 11 Station Casinos casinos, land holdings and American Indian gaming contracts to a group backed by the Fertitta Gaming for $772 million. No auction was held because there was only one qualified bid.
